Warriors Tae kwon-Do and Warriors American Kenpo Karate have been set up to ensure the individual not only receives skills in self defence and Martial Arts, but being part of a new approach to training. Our schools are designed around you, your skill level, your understanding and level of capability. Not everyone will excel at Martial Arts only a very small percentage in fact, but that should not deter anyone enjoying Martial Arts.

Martial Arts is for everyone both young and old, that is why our unique way of doing things appeal to so many. We do not push anyone to take gradings to achieve different belts (although progression is the only way we learn), we do not push anyone to enter tournaments as this has to be your choice (but will fully support any one who does).

We are only a small school with a big goal to bring Martial Arts to as many people as we can (simple).
There are no hidden costs to anyone, If you love to train, we would love to train you.
Warriors has been set up with children in mind, to give them an opportunity to develop the necessary skills and assertiveness to not go down the line that many do in this current climate.

Our mission is to give positive alternative to these every day traps and the courage to steer clear from them.
I try to engage my professional background and incorporate positive psychology to training.

Mr. Brennan is a professional Social Worker in Mental Health, and incorporates aspects of his professional training to promote mental wellness and a sence of self- esteem. At the Warriors Tae Kwon-Do we place as much importance on the mental aspect of the art as much as the physical aspect, to achieve a well balanced individual and art.
